Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently all shipping is processed through Canada Post.
Expedited 1-8 business days depending on your location
Xpresspost 1-2 business days
* Standard Envelope (no tracking) is offered on smaller items to save you money on shipping. Please note this option does not include tracking.
International Shipping
We currently only offer shipping to the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracked Packet USA 4-7 business days
Expedited 4-7 business days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Laura Grace Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
